EU-Azerbaijan Visa Facilitation Agreement was Signed Azerbaijan and the European Union have signed an agreement on visa facilitation as a part of the 3rd summit of Eastern Partnership in Vilnius on November 29, 2013. The document was singed by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevičius and EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Füle. Azerbaijani Oil Export in Decline Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) reported that a total of 24,357,746 tons of Azerbaijani crude oil was exported to world markets through the Baku-Tbilisi- Ceyhan (BTC) port in the first ten months of 2013.
