Azeri gas output to reach 40bn cubic meters by 2025 Gas production in Azerbaijan will reach 40 billion cubic meters (excluding injection) by 2025, according to forecasts, president of Azerbaijan’s state energy company, SOCAR, Rovnag Abdullayev, said on September 07, 2012. Azerbaijan produces over 11bn cubic meters of gas In January-August 2012, Azerbaijan produced 11,4bn cubic meters of marketable gas. Compared to the same period of last year, production of marketable natural gas has increased by 5.7%, according to the State Statistical Committee.
