The purpose of the research is to analyze and evaluate the settlement and efficient use of human resources in the economic regions of Eastern Zangezur and Karabakh. Observation, comparison, dialectical approach, economic-statistical research, and other methodologies were used in the writing of the article, justification of new directions.
