This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the state policies implemented in the Republic of Azerbaijan between 2016 and 2026 to improve the socio-economic conditions, employment opportunities, and income-generating capacity of former internally displaced persons (IDPs), as well as the programs carried out within the framework of international cooperation. The research is based on the World Bank's 2023 survey data, the UNHCR Global Trends Report 2023, statistical indicators published by the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2025, and the latest government and media sources published in 2026.
